  • Job DESCRIPTION: Support and supervise the team in the implementation of the project.
    Build staff capacity in accordance with adequate international guidelines and technical manuals.
    Ensure the coherence and the homogeneity of the activities under his/her responsibility.
    Ensure that project action plan is reviewed periodically based on the feedback from the monitoring of the project.
    Managing the activities logistics and budget and following-up the expenses as well as providing monthly budget forecasts.
    Set up and ensure the continuous monitoring of the activities under his/her management including qualitative and quantitative monitoring; Conduct regular meetings with the Team.
    Suggest new operations according to needs identified in the area.
    Participate in the coordination meetings and working groups.
    Coordinate with local stakeholders.
    Report weekly on activities.

  • Job Qualifications: BA in social work or any other related fields. Fluent English Fluent in Microsoft office Reporting skills Communication skills Ability to build connections. Management skills Ability to work under pressure. Driving license for more than 1 year Clean criminal record
